Afribiz makes business happen in Africa by providing platforms for entrepreneurs, SMEs, non-institutional investors, and professionals to be successful in their ventures related to Africa.
Who is Afribiz?
Afribiz, a global family of companies, focused on catalyzing and growing trade, information, business, technology and innovation, and capital flows between Africa and other global markets, both developed and emerging. Afribiz products and services are divided into six areas - media and broadcasting, publications, projects, promotion and public relations, platform development, and professional services.
Afribiz Media includes several major platforms. First, Afribiz.info serves as the online, open information portal for intelligence, research, and news relating to business and Africa. We try to bring useful content and information that we produce, as well as content available from many different sources from around the world, to our audience in one place to make it easier to find what you need. Most of what we offer on Afribiz.info is free to the public thanks to the sponsorship of The Afribiz Foundation and Afribiz Group, Inc.
Second, Afribiz.fm and Afribiz.tv focus on producing radio and tv shows, both online and for syndicated broadcast. And, Afribiz.net focuses on producing premium paid content for those serious about doing business and investment in Africa.
Our Vision of Africa
Africa – A Leading Center of Prosperity for Its People and the World
Watch our brief video on how this will happen on youtube.
This vision of Africa requires much work and cooperation though. If we see the realities of Africa through the Western culture and media, we see the vision as impossible. We, at Afribiz, want to bring the realities of Africa to you so that you see the possibilities in the impossibilities.
This is how the idea of the AfriBiz concept was birthed. People are powerless or underpowered without knowledge, or the correct knowledge. We cannot achieve the vision of holistic, inclusive prosperity for Africa and the world unless people are more broadly aware of knowledge that is already available while seeking new innovative pathways.
